Ward teaches title training. THat's the system we use. Check out his training programs on the left side bar. IT's the best investment in your training that you'll probably even get. Many people take the 3 day title AND foreclosure training, however the one-day title records research would be the one essential course to take at minumum. The primary reason is because it's not practical to use a title company to do the work due to time/volume/cost contraints. So, pro's learn to do their own research (or pay staff members to do so). On the plus side, not only will you avoid/minimize bidding errors but you'll find plenty of ways to make money with the title research skills that you develop (profit center, not just a cost avoidance measure).
