Hi George,

I'm not in the legal profession, but in my activities, I was advised
that a simple way for monies in a bank can simply go the person of
choice with a simple POD (paid on death), a lot of folks think that
it is for relatives only, but you can assign (pass on/no pun intended)
the funds to whomever you wish or several people for that matter (put in %)
so as not to need an attorney to draw up a doc. Otherwise, even if the
guys wife is not on the account, it would need the courts to decide
who has the legal right to the funds, which could take time and money.
Who likes attorneys any waste, I mean ways! Just joking seriously!

: Dawn,

: What is a POD?

: ****** and make sure you put a POD to your investor. ******
