That's just Wonderful...

So, who the heck is supposed to pay for this? Does the President think that the people without any money will pay for the delays? Does he think that landlords will give any hint of a break to would-be marginal tenant prospects?

Does he think that lenders will be eager to make loans to non-owner occupied properties that could result in yet longer asset liquidation periods in the event of foreclosure?

Don't kid yourself for one minute. The number of people (investors) willing to put up with these constraints will continue to shrink in the short run as the incentives continue to evaporate. Credit will continue to tighten up for rental properties. Interest rates will surely increase as the debt already amassed from the prior regime is added to by the "absolutely essential" TARP and other wasted funds creating an even greater national debt.

Friends, hold on to your seat and be prepared for an even wilder ride than we've seen yet.

Anybody else remember 1981?
