They aren't going to check it for accuracy and, in fact, have no obligation to perform any due diligence on whatever information you enter on the form. Consequently, if the info you put there is less-than-accurate, there would be no FIRPTA form police to haul you off the FIRPTA prison. Or GitMo. Although, Lompoc prison (Camp Fed) is beautiful this time of the year and very close to Solvang. So if I'm wrong, Opt for Lompoc, if possible.
