It sounds as though you filed a Ch 13 after the new bankruptcy law in the fall of 2005. I presume "currently still paying on it" should not be misconstrued as current on the loan. Your question is too generic and provides too little information to provide an intelligent answer. It's the equivalent of telling your physician that you don't feel well, when will I get better? I am not familiar with CO laws, nor do I expect anybody else is on this board, so I would suggest talking to the attorney who filed your bankruptcy. S/he should be able to fill in all the blanks. I suspect the question is beyond the scope of your garden variety CO credit counselor even with sufficient info.
