Re: Trustee Sale "copycat"In Reply to: Trustee Sale posted by Skimmer on May 16, 2009 at 8:38 AM He walked away with ten (10) deals for an entire year and you're worried about him? Sorry, I didn't know things were so bad for you. You plan to pack it up and move on? If you're gonna work T-sales year 'round, you've gotta be an insider, so to speak. You don't have to take any adverse action against the guy. Let nature work it's wonders. Go read some of Robert J. Ringer's early books (Winning thru Intimidation; Million Dollar Habits). Geezsh!! Perhaps you believe that there are a finite number of good deals out there in deal-land, a finite investment pie, so to speak. With this thinking, if someone else gets a good deal, somehow, it must take away from my opportunity to benefit and prosper if there's only so much pie to go around. I used to think that, but changed my mind many years ago. Sure, if there's only 100 properties with good equity that go to sale per month, then this guy is taking 1% (I don't know your real numbers in Silican Valley). You could turn lemons into lemonade and make this guy your friend and work deals together for mutual profit. You could also change your buying strategy to include other methods besides T-sales. These are classic "who moved my cheese?" tactics. But, don't tell me you're gonna let some buyer get in your way to profits, are you? You're one of the big boys, Skim!
