Re: Trustee Sale "copycat"In Reply to: Trustee Sale posted by Skimmer on May 16, 2009 at 8:38 AM : There is one "copycat" at trustee sale. He always waits for 3 or 4 pros start to bid each others before he jumps in. All pros hate him, but couldn't find a way to teach him a lesson. I was told that this guy has been doing this for 10 year in my county. He doesn't get great deals, since he never be the first one to know the deal. But he bids up and gets lots of deals. I researched the houses he bought, and found he is doing well. In 2008, he makes money on all houses (about 10+) except one loser. : What can we do to this guy??? Any good ideas? : Skimmer If the "copycat" has been doing this successfully for 10 years, I would say he is very much a pro. I'd congatulate him on his successful strategy. Dond
