Moreover, having reviewed prior CD's and advice I thought I was prepared - as it turned out I was not. Now that a "higher official" at Old Republic has forwarded me how he views the law on partnerships, as provided a copy of California code, it seems to me that WARD needs to do an article or an update on the newer standards which are NOT permissive on BP-1 registration (as far as I can tell). To that end, I am starting a seperate topic on this latest developement - hopefully we can enlighten ourselves.
