I don't see a lot of detail on the deal such as the source and your contracts etc. so I wouldn't even dare take a shot at what I would do other then take the loss. What I'm curious about is what amount does the assessor have for value today, is it in line with your purchase price? I don't feel that you have given up, so keep us up to date, this is interesting and something those of us in California may run into in our careers.
