My brother used that evil book from Nolo to set up the Trust, then proceeded to put about a million dollars of my mother's assets into it. The book was useless and the trust set up was shot down in flames. We won our case easily. But if you want to use it, go right ahead. : Hi : I was wondering if anyone has any experience with Nolo's product. I want to use Nolo's Online Living Trust for my parents' residence.
