before i wrote my own living trust document, i looked into nolo.
thought i might as well have a starting point. at the time, about 10 years ago, i found it to be extremely poor.
if all you want to do is transfer a house, it is probably okay.
it was not even close to being good enough to have as one's main living trust, IF YOU WANT THAT TRUST TO CONTINUE AFTER THE DEATH OF THE GRANTOR.
