Seasoning Issues

I am considering purchasing an REO that's got some physical issues I can resolve rather easily and it's been on the market quite a while. So I think I can get it for a very good price. I want to sell it within 90 days of my purchase. Can anyone tell me if this may run up against "seasoning" restrictions with the popular lenders? If so, any remedies? Thanks.
