[ Follow Ups ] [ Post Followup ] [ The Forum Board ] [ FAQ ] the city of sacramento Posted by hard money lender on April 28, 2009 at 9:19 AM seems to find more ways to get money from you. besides having ridiculously costing utilities, i just received a bill charging me on the amount of rental income on the commercial property that i had to foreclose upon. i would seriously stay away from that area regarding anything long-term. and they actually had the nerve to tell me that i must include my social security number (i did not) on the rental income form that they sent me.
