IRS lien, "Estate" after owner's name

Hi Ward, Rick and Pros,
I found a property that is going to trustee sale. A IRS lien was filed against the owner, but there is "Estate" following her name. For example, her name is "Linda Garcia", but on IRS lien, Name of Taxpayer shows "Linda Garcia Estate". Does this mean she is dead? or what?
