If I was you, I wouldn't hire a real estate agent to negotiate a short sale. The vast majority of them simply don't know what they're doing. Also, the SS negotiator should work on a contingency basis; that is, if he or she is unsuccessful in negotiating a SS, they don't get paid. No upfront fee! Follow Ups:
