I just moved into my house March 24th and on April 16th i was notified that the house is now in foreclosure. the landlord has 20 days to respond. I gave him a deposit of 1500 and the rent is 900 due on April 24th. Do I still have to pay him the rent or can I just have him take it out of my deposit until the bank evicts me??
