Sorry.
I'm not speaking of the general R.E. market, but the "distressed" market of REO's and 3 party foreclosures.
I am seeing multiple bids on many homes over the asking price. The banks seem to be slower on figuring these price
adjustments as some properties in the same areas are in escrow for higher than their asking price.

I see it first hand, since I have made offers on a few.
