Once you record the deed, your notice will be valid. At current time, it normally only takes about 7 days to receive trustee deed. Skimmer
: Thanks Skimmer. I guess I was just concerned that because I served the 3-Day Notice before I was the owner of record that the sale could be reversed. It sounds like you're saying that if the sale was valid this wouldn't be a reason to reverse it. I still don't know what the repercussions are for serving the notice prematurely? I guess they can just ignore it?
