I had the 3-Day Notice to Quit served before I received : and recorded the Trustee's Deed. The former owner is now trying to reverse the : trustee's sale. Does anyone have experience with this? I guess I was just concerned that because I served the 3-Day Notice before I was the owner of record that the sale could be reversed. It sounds like you're saying that if the sale was valid this wouldn't be a reason to reverse it. I still don't know what the repercussions are for serving the notice prematurely?
