Then I'd sue the agency in small claims court for reimbursement of what they extorted from you. ------------Ward ==================== : Anyone have any experience and specific knowledge about super-priority of water district liens for Riverside Ccounty, CA? : I foreclosed on vacant parcel with several APN's back in 12/08 and received six (6) claims from law firm handling collection of water bills totalling over $2,500. : Trying to get a handle on my position. Actual water bills appear to have been about $600. First I heard of problem was getting nastygrams from law firm in NorCal. Also, I've never seen such bills assigned. : Anyone with experience and knowledge in this county have any input on dealing with this? Strategies, tactics, mitigation, theories on defective notice, etc.?
