Hi Kingside. I absolutely did occupy the residence at the time the loan was consummated in October of 2005. I lived there full time as my primary place from the purchase date until the middle of March 2006. I have proof in the form of PG&E and AT&T statements with my name at this property, as well as bank statements at this address. I know Tiburon Financial is a collection agency working on behalf of Wells Fargo Home equity and is trying to scare and threaten me to pay. I had no idea that 6 months after I purchased the condo that I would meet someone, move in with them, and is now happily married to that person. I know it is their job to threaten people in my situation, but I feel better now knowing they can’t pursue a deficiency judgment against me as no fraud was committed on my part. Thank you for clarifying me about this.
