would this property be affected?
This one property is going to sale tomorrow. I found a Fed tax lien that shows up both husband and wife's names but only the husband's social security appears on the document. Also, the lien was recorded way after the husband had granted the property to the wife as her sole and separate property. Does this mean that the lien will not attached to the property since it is owned by her and it doesn't show her social security?
