Conventional Loan for 5th Property

Posted by Daniel on April 05, 2009 at 9:54 PM

In February 2009 Fannie Mae announced that it would begin to
back mortgages of 5-10 properties per investor. That increased
from the previous limit set at four. In their announecment they
stated that they would begin to back those loans beginning March
1, 2009.

Does anybody know of any lender that *currently* offers
conventional pricing on a loan to an investor that is above the
previous 4 properties limit. Even though that new program went
into effect and Fannie backs those investor loans since March 1,
I don't know of any lender that actually offers a conventional
loan to an investor for the purchase of a 5th non-owner occupied
property (Residential 1-4).

If you know of any, could you please share that information with
me?

Thank you very much.

Daniel
