Post Forclosure options.

Posted by Ahmed on April 04, 2009 at 0:28 AM

I was working with a scam artist for a loan modification, turns
out they never contacted the bank and I got forclosed a few days
ago. I have been searching the net if I have any options left
to stay in my house. Has anyone heard of post forclosure loan
modification ? or if I ask them to produce the deed will that
still work after forclosure sale ? My relative also spoke to an
attorney and they said they could cloud the title so the bank
can be forced to modify, he wants money to do that but I dont
want to be scammed out of more money. Any info will be
appreciated.
