: I have done a full title search and there's no documents to indicate
: any transfers. That's why I was trying to contact the "deceased."
:
: I am just going on what the neighbor said about "the State" having workers
: at the property working on the pool. Although I don't take the neighbor as
: definitive authority, she seemed pretty informed about the death and
: the activities of government employees at the property.

: I've seen quite a few other properties where the owner has died and there
: are always recorded documents by executors or trustees who are handling
: affairs of the estate. Here, the death was apparently almost a year ago, and there
: are no documents recorded that tipped me off about the death, so
: it seems like a different situation. Not really making any assumptions
: other than what I see that's different from other similar situations.

: Anyway, I'll work on it some more and post again when I find out what's
: going on.

: Thanks!
