County Records is a good source however, much of their data is outdated and they don’t provide homeowner mailing addresses. I have used those two services along with DefaultResearch, and have had the most success with Default Research. (I do mass mail marketing.) In response to Rick’s comments. Don’t pay for a real estate guru or coaching, since you can get this for free by using a qualified realtor. If a real estate coach or guru is so good at what they do then why aren’t they not doing it? I am sure it’s not out of the goodness of their heart (although they may want you to believe that) – a good realtor and mortgage broker is all you need. Coaching and gurus are a waste of money!
