The second is still scheduled. : There is a house that the first and second have their trustee sales the same day with the second lienholder held five hours before the first lienholder's trustee sale. : The second lienholder trustee sale is being held subject to the first lien so the price will not include what is owed the first during the auction. : The first is owed $350K : The second is owed $92K : BPO or appraisal will be around $450K. : What do you think the second lienholder will do at their sale?
