Even if you purchased the first at opening bid, you're already at 77% LTV, based on your numbers. You can't make a profit at that price. : Why don't you reconsider your formula of what makes a deal (criteria, your target, etc.). Don't get distracted with extraneous and superflous information that won't make you a nickel, just eat away at your most precious commodity: TIME.
