Second lienholder foreclosing - Citibank

Posted by Ray on October 20, 2008 at 9:55 AM

There is a house that the first and second have their trustee sales the same day with the second lienholder held five hours before the first lienholder's trustee sale.
The second lienholder trustee sale is being held subject to the first lien so the price will not include what is owed the first during the auction.
The first is owed $350K
The second is owed $92K
BPO or appraisal will be around $450K.
What do you think the second lienholder will do at their sale? Do you think they will start the bid at the $92K they are owed or something lower?
