[ Follow Ups ] [ Post Followup ] [ The Forum Board ] [ FAQ ] home insurance claim after foreclosure Posted by toddwa on October 10, 2008 at 7:28 PM I purchase at sale a townhome in seattle and when I contacted my insurance agent to insure the property, I was informed that there was a previous claim of several thousand dollars for some damage and that I as the new owner was liable to pay. Anyone have experience in get out of this?
