The only written paperwork I've ever gotten has been the final approval. Until I get the approval letter, I don't trust a word they tell me. Perhaps "lie" is too strong a word. I understand it is their job to get the most money for their employers. They will say what ever they think is necessary to achieve that goal.

: Hmmm...I haven't experienced this...yet. Laura, do you find that they'll put things in writing as you go along? I sure haven't. The short sale approval eventually gets put in writing.
