There's not much to the foreclosure process in the abstract from the borrowers viewpoint. A RE atty will know more about foreclosure law than most Bk atty. The problem with many Bk atty is that most are general practitioners and some have only recently entered the field to pay their bills because it's a hot field. A really good Bk or RE atty should be able to advise on hiding any assets. You won't want to pay the fee that Bk sole practitioners charge, as they do mostly corporate Bk.
