Talk to the bank. Let them know you will take care of the home and that you will maintain the landscape... the works. After the 3rd miss payment, that's when you better start looking for a place. It is uncertain how quickly the bank will move to get the house back. I am also on the same boat (Also live in the Sacramento area), but beware that you if you wait too long you might have a harder time finding a place to live with all the credit checks and all. Good luck to you. You are not alone.

: Hi!

: does anyone know a process of stalling foreclosure that works to stall it for at least a few months? I would really appreciate your input!
