Re: Arizona - Looking for Advice on Voluntary Foreclosure SituationIn Reply to: Re: Arizona - Looking for Advice on Voluntary Foreclosure Situation posted by Tom on May 06, 2008 at 6:35 AM I appreciate the response Tom - I was not aware this was primarily a California board. Unfortunately this deal was structured with only a joint venture contract so I will not be able to claim an LLC as insolvent. Hindsight is always 20/20 and I let the friend-factor lead to some suboptimal decisions when setting the deal up. I've primarily gone down the route of contacting AZ RE attorneys, but have gotten the feeling they have bigger & better things to deal with. Even though bankruptcy is not an option do you think it would be worth my time to reach out to a bankruptcy attorney as they are probably familiar with the foreclosure process? I think I have gotten frustrated with the attorney search and given up too easily - I will keep thumbing through the yellow pages. Thanks. Follow Ups:
