They usually go thru the auctioneer's files and ones they know what he is going to go to go and what he's waiting on they step aside and wait for the next batch. It is just funny that the auctioneer has to read every word aloud and there is no to listen to him. My partners and I bought 3 homes in LA county in one day for a total of 664k. One is a 12 bedroom multi-unit w/ 5k/mo income. Anyone have any buyers for that?
