: Market is accelerating its fall and the Norwalk auction was crazy today with some NOS's getting slashed by 45% and still no one caring.
: This is kinda funny but sad clip. Please watch, rate and comment on youtube.

: Dedicated to the folks on this forum. In fact you hear someone mentioning tis forum on the clip.

: thanks!

The same thing happened in Orange County (CA) last week. Just me and one other observer. The auctioneer said it has been this way for quite a while now. The other "observer" at the sale said he spoke with some of the pros at a sale a few weeks prior and they knew several guys who purchased at the Trustee sales 6 months before and got burned, so probably weren't coming back any time soon. There were no deals on the day I went, although a junior was foreclosing for $32k and I was curious to see if someone would bid due to the low amount. Several were reduced at the opening bid, but not enough to make a good deal.
