: Ahhh...yes that could be it. Exactly how, I'm not sure but given the releationship it does suggest so. Thanks.

another possibility: fractional interest filings are sometimes used
to try to defeat a foreclosure. (Throw off a fractional interest
before the sale is complete to a 3rd party.) I'm not suggesting
that this gambit will necessarily be successful, but I have seen
it done before. I am also not recommending this as a strategy.
