just a side note question on this thread. upon your security interest being wiped off, but not out, of a property due to a foreclosure by the first, is it still considered a trust deed, not subject to discharge in bk, or JUST a garden variety general lien, subject to dismissal by a bk judge? don't recall this question ever coming up, but i wonder if a trust deed, once wiped off, has ANY advantage over a judjment? chime in guys!
