You will have to wait until it gets relisted.

: thank you sooo much for responding: here's what happnd

: we saw a house listed at 564,000 on a website....
: had a realtor/broker show us the house....we were
: told that its now at 524,000 due to unfinished countertops,
: carpet and some light fixtures...we gave our $10,000 check
: to our broker that same day (jan)....due to a very nasty divorce
: the husband was not willing to sign papers and they had not paid
: thier mortgage since last oct...we were told the deal was
: expired. then in Mar we resubmitted an offer at $530,000...
: our deposit check was cashed (and refunded now).. were told
: that the husband finally signed the papers....but the
: house still went into foreclosure ..I went to the
: sellers agent.....she said that the owners wife(a friend
: of hers) will give her the listing agents name and info...
: and i will still get to buy the house from the bank when
: they relist it (hopefully at a lower price)...
: the sellers agent is making it seem like she will get the info
: first hand and help me get the house....
: ive tried calling the bank myself but havent been able
: to get anywhere...lot of people tell me that i have
: to wait till the house gets relisted i just need to
: know what to do from here....any info would help

: thanks again....

Have you ever visited the DMV? It is a large bureaucratic red tape filled slow moving organization that is up to its elbows in regimented rules. Most large banks operate pretty much the same way. Hopefully it won't take the bank too long to get it relisted, but it will be assigned to another agaent after the bank assesses what they feel the value is. Once it is listed you will be able to resubmit an offer. Good luck.
