I was wondering about the IRS notification. I imagine the trustee would be forthcoming on that if I aked.

: Only the holders of the first would know about forced-placed ins. It's unlikely that private note holders would get FPI, but it's expensive and can be added to the payoff amount. Make sure that the IRS has been notified of the foreclosure.
