lot of trouble
I made a horrible mistake, bought a lot from a Florida developer (Ginn) that I'm at least $200k upside down on (they're not selling a drop right now). I'm a Texas resident. Can't short sell with no buyers. Owe over $300k on the note with ARM expiring in one year. Could keep payments up but hemoraging cash. Any ideas?
