Ward's training still working! In Reply to: Door Knocking isn't an option . . . Would Ward's training still work? posted by Jinger on April 23, 2008 at 8:58 AM
Hi Jinger, Ward is not only very knowledgeable about the entire process of property acquisition, eviction, refurb, and general strategy; additionally he is equally generous with his time. I call him fairly routinely with a variety of elementary questions. He will spend 30 minutes explaining minute details enthusiastically and I have also visited San Diego and spent several hours just picking his brain. He remains gracious and helpful regardless of how mundane or novice the inquiries are. If you want a solid resource that will be available, positive, succinct, and accurate you will not spend money more wisely. I participated in his 3-day training and am looking forward to the THT class. Not only do you get Ward, but Eric in an endless supply of information and service too. With you being in San Diego enabling you to stop by quarterly for general refreshers, lucky you! Follow Ups: Post a Followup:
