HOA lien and quiet title action
I believe that any HOA lien recorded after Jan 2006 has a 90 day right of redemption period. Assuming the 90 day redemption period passes, are there options for title insurance? I have been told by some title companies that a quiet title action is their policy in order to perfect title. Another option would be to obtain a voluntary conveyance from the foreclosed homeowner (unlikely). Does anyone have any experience with this, and/or knowledge on the subject? Thanks
