Posted by Mark H. on April 21, 2008 at 4:45 PM I know that the a homeowner at the end of his 90 days is pretty stressed, and fearful of the looming Notice of Foreclosure. However, as an equity buyer does it matter to me if the deal is concluded after the Notice of Foreclosure is sent? I assume the lender would be just as willing to accept the back payments and cancel it...unless, for some reason, it would tip the lender off that an equity buyer is makeing the purchase (triggering a due on sale).
