I went to visit the property today. It seems to be in an
average neighborhood and in average condition. Some houses
looked nice and well maintained, while others had dead grass and such.

There were several other houses for sale, one REO, and one foreclosure.

The house could use some paint and the yard was full of weeds.
There is an empty swimming pool in the backyard. The fence is
falling down.

The interior looks newly painted with new light fixtures,
although some fixtures are missing. The carpet has been
ripped out, but not replaced. There is a new dishwasher, but
no other appliances. Plumbing seems intact. Has furnace and
AC unit.

So it seems like it would not take too much more than cleaning
up the yard, pool, and exterior paint.. installing new carpet,
adding missing fixtures and appliances to get the house in
sellable shape. Its 4 bed, 2.5 bath 2161 sq ft which seems
larger than avg for the area. The rooms are nice, bright,
and clean except for needing new carpet. The bathrooms need
cleaning but otherwise look ok.
