it would probably be easier just to have 1 trust.

if you ever wanted to change the percentages of the beneficiaries, it would be easier with just one trust.

and when you go to sell it, etc. - just send one trust doc, instead of 3.

i guess my advice is go with 1 trust, unless there is a very specific reason why you want 3, or think you need 3.

i think i would have all 3 people as trustors, and all 3 people as beneficiaries in the single trust.

and then of course, all 3 people would have notarized signatures on the document.
