hi jk,
even with taxes and escrow, isnt 2700 fairly high for a 344k first ?
i would think a new buyer would do much better buying the property and getting a new loan, altogether.
i just dont see much of any sort of positive sign to send to the owner of the 2nd.
it seems to me that unless he takes the property over, he is gonna be out his full 25k.
