Blows the privacy a trust affords...

If privacy of ownership is the reason you'd use a trust, then that's blown each time you go back and forth out of title with your trust. Obviously your privacy of ownership is much better accomplished if your name is never connected to the property...not even once.

: We got word from a loan broker that lenders have stopped lending money on trust-titled properties (except maybe citibank, if I read the last posting right). Everyone's advising us to always record the properties we buy under a trust; what exactly are the risks if we have a property under our own names just for as long as it takes to put a loan on the property (3-4 weeks after purchase at trusee's auction).
