Obviously your privacy of ownership is much better accomplished if your name is never connected to the property...not even once. ---------Ward =============== : We got word from a loan broker that lenders have stopped lending money on trust-titled properties (except maybe citibank, if I read the last posting right). Everyone's advising us to always record the properties we buy under a trust; what exactly are the risks if we have a property under our own names just for as long as it takes to put a loan on the property (3-4 weeks after purchase at trusee's auction).
