Blows the privacy a trust affords...In Reply to: Lenders not lending to trusts? posted by David on April 16, 2008 at 1:41 PM David, If privacy of ownership is the reason you'd use a trust, then that's blown each time you go back and forth out of title with your trust. Obviously your privacy of ownership is much better accomplished if your name is never connected to the property...not even once. ---------Ward
