Typical American attitude. It wasn't my fault. They talked me into it. It was someone else's fault. It's your fault. YOU SIGNED the paperwork. You got greedy and there is no one to blame but you. Not only are you a deadbeat, but you are slimy for blaming others for what you did to yourself. : I am not a deadbeat. I was the victim of predatory lending and simply want a factual answer to my question. : : Who cares. You're a deadbeat and you deserve what you get. : : : : : I am in a potential foreclosure situation. I have an 80/20 loan (all purchase price) and I live in California so I believe I am protected from a deficiency claim. : : : However, my loan note states this in the default section: : : : Based on this, can I reasonably expect this to be enforced in my state (California)? Am I protected from this via the anti-deficiency laws and one action rule? Or should I be worried about possibly having a lawsuit for a large amount of legal fees and recovery costs? : : : Thanks!
