Re: Ms. Amanpour taking over ....In Reply to: Re: Ms. Amanpour taking over .... posted by Dan on April 15, 2008 at 8:40 AM possible ... anything is possible probable ... no the liklihood of an issue for this reason is very very remote ... personally i would bid and not concern myself with it ps - if you are going to use your strategy of having your friend bid ... why not ask isnt that a 3rd??? good luck if you are successful you can buy the posters lunch at the next reunion Lughead : That is it... Document is an actual notice of sale and was misrecorded / misindexed by the recorders office as a Trustee's deed. Any potential issues with this if you are the winning bidder at the sale? : : : from all the verbiage in the postings, i am confused as to what is on the document BUT if it was merely mis-indexed by the recorder then i personally would bid on the sale : : : My guess is that Dan is asking the following. : : : He knows the doc has been mis-filed. Given this fact, he's wanting to know if the resulting sale at auction would be legal given that the notice of sale was not properly filed. Are there other interested parties who could argue they were not noticed correctly and take action accordingly. : : :
